Additionally, JUNE contracts at a flat-fee rate that is negotiated at the beginning of each engagement to ensure that there is transparency and clarity in our pricing. In this way, we also avoid any potential conflict of interest when negotiating compensation on behalf of our clients.

Inspired by the generative spirit of the month of June, we strive to foster growth and transformation in the organizations we serve. This inspiration is rooted in the story of our founder's great-grandmother — Nita June — whose legacy of strength and integrity guides our work.
Nita June's journey from Kansas to California during the Dust Bowl exemplifies the resilience and determination we bring to every client engagement. As she raised nine children and provided a safe haven for others in need, Nita June epitomized compassion and care. Her adventurous spirit, epitomized by her solo explorations across the country in her beloved Punch Buggy later in life, inspires us to embrace new challenges and opportunities with enthusiasm and curiosity, celebrating the journey ahead of us and the people we meet along the way.
