Facilitated Leadership Search
JUNE provides expert guidance for mid-level leadership searches to equip you to attract and hire exceptional leaders. We partner with clients to provide custom materials and support for each critical point of the search process.
A retained search is helpful for executive positions, but may be more than is needed for mid-level roles (Vice Chair, Divisional Leaders). In response, JUNE has developed a Facilitated Leadership Search service, which is designed to support you at each point in the process.
JUNE will provide a comprehensive and tailored search strategy, branded and compelling template materials, a targeted and high-quality database of potential candidates, and more. Additionally, JUNE will partner with you throughout the process to schedule regular check-ins and train your team.

Onboarding for Success
The first year is crucial for the success of a new leader. JUNE supports organizations in developing robust onboarding plans to set the leader - and the organization - up for success.
JUNE thinks about onboarding in terms of “People, Things, and Expectations.” We help organizations think about who new leaders need to know, what they need to know to turn on the lights and sign a check, and expectations on how success will be measured.
The value of clarifying expectations is especially important when recruiting new leadership and is a strong tool in ensuring the candidate you worked hard to recruit is aligned toward strategic goals.
